My Grandfather, Joseph Jennings, was a brother to Richard's Mother, Ella Jennings Crome. My sincere sympathy to the family.
Mr Frome taught my husband Gregg and I at LTHS in the early 70s. He was a great teacher and we were both glad to have him teach us. So very sorry to hear of his death. He was a great teacher and a very good man.
