Mary Lou will be missed by the Garner family. She and our mother, Nancy, were best of friends. They had a weekly game day with Jefferson teachers and we know they are playing domino's wherever they are!
Mrs Gaskill was my 5th grade teacher at Jefferson. I'm sad to hear of her passing. She was very kind and was a wonderful teacher. I'm holding her loved ones close to my heart.
Sad to hear about the passing of a favorite teacher. She seemed to know me better than I knew myself at that time. It was the only year I didn't want summer to come. I enjoyed being in her fifth grade homeroom so much I aspired to become a teacher myself.
