Larry was a wonderful member of the Eastern staff and Charleston community. He was always willing to share his expertise. I enjoyed chatting with him on campus and appreciated serving with him on the Charleston Tree Commission.
It was so heartbreaking to hear about Larry. I lived next to him for 4 years and got to know him and enjoy what amazing things he did to his yard. He worked everyday in his yard. I remember one day he came over and gave me some lilacs, my favorite flower.
