I worked at Armstrong center and Camp New Hope for several years. Joe was one of my favorite students/campers. He had a great sense of humor and was always cheerful and happy. I know he will be missed by all who knew him. My sincere condolences to his fam
I was privileged to be one of Joe's teachers some 40 years ago. He was a joy to be around and an inspiration to many. He has such a great family. The memories of his antics at Camp New Hope are ever lasting! R.I.P. Joe, you were one of a kind!
