In his younger years he played and sang in a band, and throughout his life enjoyed a wide variety of music. Jim's faith and his daily walk as a Godly Christian man served as an exemplary role model for his family and for others. He was gentle in spirit and possessed a heart that was filled with kindness and goodness. He earned the admiration of many as his integrity was unquestionable and his caring and selfless attitude was genuine and heartfelt. Nothing was more important to Jim than the deep and abiding love he felt for his family. His children valued his loving support and guidance and his grandchildren knew that he was their biggest fan through his certain attendance at their many events such as ballgames and dance recitals. The respect and admiration that family and friends had for Jim was well deserved and he leaves a legacy of wonderful memories of special times shared.
