Jess was a remarkable man who had a heart of gold. The world lost a rare gem with the loss of this truly Godly man.
Saddened to discover Jess' passing.Jess and I served in the Navy during overlapping years. We crossed paths briefly at NCTC Corry Field in Pensacola, Florida for HFDF class C school from November, 1969 through the first week of February 1970. We
Jess and I went through the Center Learn (UCC) program together and graduated 3 years later together. He was a great guy and always enjoyed our time together. Jess was a jewel!!!
