I was a music education major during fall of 1980-spring 1984. I had a few classes taught by Dr. Krebiel. He never seemed to be in a hurry & he wanted you to know the material he was teaching. He always had a warm smile that reflected his personality.

Dr Krehbiel was one of my favorite professors at college. He was brilliant and had a love for teaching. He always had his smile on his face. So sorry for your loss.
Dr. Krehbiel was my first music theory professor at EIU. He was a wonderful teacher and mentor to me and my fellow music majors! I dont think I ever saw him without a smile on his face.
