He was born on March 6, 1986, to Brian and Becky (Doughty) Furry in Urbana, IL. He married Taylor Lynn Wickman on September 26, 2015, in Charleston, IL. Brandon lived a life filled with love, dedication, and laughter.
He is survived by his devoted wife, Taylor, and their three cherished children, Isabella, Jameson, and Grayson of Gulf Shores, AL; his parents, Brian and Becky Furry of Charleston, IL; his twin brother, Robert Brent Furry (Megan Parker) of Charleston, IL; his brothers, Blake Furry (Taylor JoAnne) of Mattoon, IL, and Bryant Furry of Charleston, IL; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Brandon was a 2004 graduate of Charleston High School. He attended Lake Land College and Eastern Illinois University. He could make everyone around him feel valued and special.
Brandon was a member of the Wesley United Methodist Church in Charleston, IL. He also belonged to the Lower Alabama Young Professionals Group, South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce, and Gulf Shores First Friday Forum. He loved boating, deep-sea fishing, and the beach. He had a passion for attending car shows with his 1980 Pontiac Trans Am (his "Smokey and the Bandit" car), concerts, trying new restaurants, and meeting new people. Brandon cherished spending time with his family, attending Mardi Gras, and enjoying Chamber events. He loved his dog, Jasper who was always by his side. Brandon will be remembered for his kind heart and generous spirit. His presence brought light and warmth to those who knew him. Brandon's greatest joy was his family, and he left behind a legacy of unwavering love and commitment.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 11, 2024, with Pastor Scott Sims and Pastor Gary Stephen officiating at The Fields Church, 2360 Shawnee Dr., Charleston, IL. Burial will follow in Roselawn Cemetery in Charleston, IL.
His final gift to humanity was being an organ donor. Our prayer requests go to the recipients of Brandon's organ donations. May God bless them, and may their families understand their prayers were answered. We pray that each blessed recipient can now continue with their life and that their lives are happy, loving ones like Brandon's was, especially the heart and cornea recipients. The heart given was so full of love already and was so loved. Brandon always saw the good in people and would always push them to be better. The corneas always saw the beauty in people, and the world around them. We pray the recipient may see the world around them in a better way as Brandon did. Brandon will be deeply missed, but his spirit will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Legacy of Hope, 421 Richard Arrington Blvd., Birmingham, AL 35233, www. legacyofhope.org, or to Taylor Furry for a fund to benefit his three children.
