My favorite teacher at Ashmore elementary. I remember writing the name Rico and drawing a super long, squished o and she made light of it by reading it Ricooooooo! Almost 40 years later and that 2nd grade memory makes me smile.
Always loved chatting with Jolene. She was very proud of her family. We always joked about having the same middle name. I had a lifetime of memories playing softball with her daughter Erin.
