Michael Kent Wolfe

Michael “Bubba” Wolfe, age 57 of Charleston, IL formerly of Anderson, IN passed away peacefully on Monday, August 21, 2023 at his home.  He was born September 3, 1965 in Anderson, IN the son of Harold Eugene Wolfe and Deanna Louise Daoust Wolfe.  On September 5, 1998 he married Julie Morgan in Salem, IL.

Survivors include wife, Julia Wolfe of Charleston, IL; son, Blake Wolfe of Indianapolis, IN; daughter, Bailey Wolfe of Charleston, IL; brothers, Robert Wolfe of MN and Richard Wolfe (Melissa) of Zionsville, IN; stepbrother, Brad Coffin (Chrissy) of West Lafayette, IN; stepsister, Cheryl Hamilton of West Lafayette, IN and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, stepmother, Linda Wolfe and brother, Patrick Wolfe.                             

Michael was a 1984 graduate of Highland High School in Anderson, IN.  He continued his education at Vincennes University graduating with an associate in arts degree.  Michael worked as a bindery manager for JJ Collins for over 15 years.  He was a big adventurer and enjoyed traveling, photography, all types of car racing, golfing with Blake and Bailey and any time he could spend with his family. 

A Memorial service will be conducted at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 2, 2023 at Adams Funeral Chapel with Father Braden Maher officiating.  Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to the service at the Adams Funeral Chapel, 2330 Shawnee Dr., Charleston, IL 61920.
