CHARLESTON, IL – Elbert Wayne Chandler, Jr. was born November 25, 1939 and died May 3, 2012.  E. Wayne married Mary Jean Collins on October 14, 1967.  They have two children, Wendy Eleanor McNeese and her husband Mike and Paul Wayne Chandler; two grandsons, Zachary Taylor Bright and Jacob Cameron.  He also has one sister, Claudia Lee Chandler Patton.  Memorials, if any, should be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.  The family is being assisted by Adams Funeral Chapel in Charleston.
